REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY
Footage for judging can be submitted on DVD, VHS tape or CD, which MUST be clearly numbered with your entry number and with a print out of your order receipt attached.
A separate disc, containing no more than 5 still images should be submitted with your entry. Your disc must also be clearly labeled with your entry number.
Each still MUST be titled with the name of the production and any other relevant reference.
Only the following formats will be accepted:
Please DO NOT zip the stills files on the disc, provide as individually accessible images only.
Please double check your media and any instructions of use before sending to ATOM. If we cannot view your production, we will be unable to judge your submission.
Note: Multimedia entrants must supply installation instructions, passwords, plus system and hardware requirements.
RETURN CONFIRMATIONS
* I confirm that, in order for my work to be returned after the awards event, I will send an express post or pre-paid parcel post satchel with my address details and entry number to the ATOM Awards office, PO BOX 16, Altona, Victoria 3018 by NO LATER THAN Friday 6 November, 2009 (however, it is recommended that packaging is sent as part of original submission).
I accept that if I do not do so, my production will be disposed of at the completion of the awards program.
