2011 ATOM Awards Finalist Checklist

Please ensure that you have completed all the compulsory items on the list below before the deadline date. Failure to do so may disqualify you as a finalist in the 2011 ATOM Awards program.

COMPULSORY

• Submit 2 x 20 second clips OR master tape with listed ‘in and out’ points NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 19 AUGUST.
  
  As noted earlier, if you are a finalist in more than one production, we ask that you submit DIFFERENT clips to accompany each finalist listing, ie if you are a finalist in 2 categories, we ask for 4 x 20 second clips (that means that 2 different clips will be allocated for each production). You must include your ATOM Admin Number and Production Title on your footage.
   
• Submit a CD of 5 clearly labelled stills NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 19 AUGUST (sent with footage). Must include your ATOM Admin Number and Production Title.
   
• If you receive a separate letter in your finalist notification notifying that you have been selected to be part of the 2011 ATOM Awards pre-event Public Screenings, please ensure that your FULL footage is also provided by NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 19 AUGUST (at the same time you send in your clips and stills). You must include your ATOM Admin Number and Production Title.
  
  If we do not receive a FULL copy of your footage, in addition to the other footage and stills requirements, your production will be removed from the screenings packages.
   
• RSVP for your 2 x FREE 2011 ATOM Awards Finalist tickets by NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 2 SEPTEMBER.
   
• Advise of any changes to Trophy Name Plate details – by NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 19 AUGUST. Please note: as per the conditions of entry, any changes made to the Trophy Name Plate details that were signed off at the time of entry will incur an administration fee of $30.00 + GST.

OPTIONAL

• Purchase up to FOUR discounted tickets to the 2011 ATOM Awards Night as part of the 2011 ATOM Awards Early Bird Ticketing Offer – PURCHASE DEADLINE – FRIDAY 16 SEPTEMBER. Tickets purchased via www.metromagazine.com.au.

• Advise of Distributor details – by NO LATER THAN MONDAY 26 SEPTEMBER
