How To Enter the 2011 ATOM Awards

This year the 2011 ATOM Awards entries will be submitted online.

To enter, click on the 'Enter Here' button in the website header image.

Please note: No paper based entries will be accepted this year.

Before entering the 2011 ATOM Awards, please take the time to read the information below.

Thiere are some new categories included in the 2011 ATOM Awards program - Best Factual Children's Television, Best Fictional Children's Television, Best Docudrama, Best Factual Television Series and Best Tertiary Instructional / Corporate Documentary.

Sending your footage to ATOM for judging

Your footage MUST be submitted within 5 working days of your online entry submission.

Please note that late entries will not be submitted for judging.

Footage submissions for the 2011 ATOM Awards should be sent:

Submitting a Production for Multiple Award Listings

Please make sure you tick all the award listings you want to enter your production into in your entry submission. For instance, if you are 'industry', you can choose awards listings from both the general or educational / vocational categories in which to enter your production.

Navigate to the different award listings using the 'award categories' field and tick in the relevant boxes of those award listings you want to enter.

Please note: you will need to complete all the entry details each time you enter a production in a category, ie 'General' and must hit 'add to cart' and then 'create another entry' in order to enter the same production into another category.

If you are entering a production into multiple categories, you must send in a copy of your production for EACH category entered.

Submitting Multiple Productions or Multiple Titles

This can be done by using the 'create another entry' button before proceeding to the checkout area. 

Please ensure that you send us an additional copy of your media (DVD etc) for each category you enter.

2011 ATOM Awards Checklist (in brief)

1. Submit your entry / entries online

2. Print out your entry submission receipt, which includes your invoice number

3. Send it with the following to the ATOM Awards:

   • your DVD containing your entry footage. Your footage MUST be clearly labelled with your invoice number and must have an attached copy of your order receipt.

   • a stamped, self addressed envelope (or postpack) - with correct weight allocation / paid postage. This is to be included if you want to have your footage returned at the end of the ATOM Awards program.

   • Copyright clearance for any music used. Please refer to the copyright information on this website for more info. Click here...

   • Proof of student ID or health care card if you are a student. If this information is not supplied and you have paid a student fee, you will be charged the full, industry amount.
